A happy gathering of parish volunteers took place in the Church Hall last on Saturday 30th August 2025. After a couple of short presentations on safeguarding and ChurchSuite, they were treated to food, drinks and games as a ‘thank you’ for their contribution to church life throughout the year. The fabulous spread was provided by Deacon Paul and included his legendary trifle; Fr Anthony supplied delicious biryani.
The evening was rounded off with ‘Dictionary’ – a game of definitions plus lots of laughter ably organised by Michelle Friend.
Everyone was very grateful to our wonderful clergy for providing this enjoyable social evening, a great opportunity to relax and catchup. Thank you Deacon Paul and Fr Anthony!
