It was lovely to welcome Fr Gerry who was celebrant at our 10.30am Mass this Sunday. Fr Gerry Briody SDB is the Provincial for the Salesian order in Great Britain.
After Mass Fr Gerry met with many parishioners and also had an informal meeting with members of the newly formed Interim Parish Pastoral Council and Finance Committee. They talked about recent developments in the parish and the Salesian charism for youth and possible ways this can be achieved within our own context.
