Our Mamma Margherita Fellowship Spring outing was a trip to the Gallery Restaurant at Farnborough College of Technology. As a training restaurant, the Gallery Restaurant, is staffed entirely by catering and hospitality students, who are supervised by final year students and two members of the teaching staff. We were not disappointed with the food or the service.
We missed the three members of our Fellowship who at the last minute, weren’t able to join us, however 37 Fellowship members tucked into a delicious and beautifully presented three-course lunch, perfect for small appetites as everything was presented in “Nouvelle Cuisine” portions. Our three courses were followed by tasty, tiny peanut butter cookies and tea or coffee.
A successful first outing of 2026!
