On the 1st May 2026, our Salesian brothers and youth animators hosted the parish’s first faith formation – beginning the new month on a strong and joyful note. After months of prayer, preparation and their generous collaboration, our young brothers and sisters from years 7-10 gathered together in the OLSD Parish Hall and the evening proved to be a great success.
The session opened with a heartfelt prayer in unison, followed by a fun and creative icebreaker, as well as a lively scavenger hunt. This then led into a time of reflection on St Joseph and learning more about his significance as a central figure in Christianity – not to mention, a shared enjoyment of refreshments, more games and of course pizza!
It was a wonderful start and we look forward to the journey ahead as we continue to grow together in both faith and community.

There are two groups available:
- School Years 7-10: meetings will take place on the first Friday of each monthÂ
- School Years 11-13: meetings will take place on the third Friday of each month
