Dukes Ukes entertain the Mamma Margherita Club

February 8th brought rain but it also brought our Mamma Margherita club meeting to lift our spirits.

Mass was kindly said by Father Anthony, followed by refreshments and a chat.

Then we had a fantastic ukulele group to entertain us called Dukes Ukes and entertain us they did! A foot taping, chair jiggling, sing along with a poem to boot.

Not only do they do this for fun and friendship they also raise money for Phyllis Tuckwell – inspiring.

A final prayer was written and read by one of the group, before we departed with anticipation for the March get together.
